A Japanese word for June: cool biz クールビズ

Meaning
In order to reduce energy consumption in the summer, Japanese companies incorporate a cooler dress code where no ties or jackets are necessary. We call this cool biz.
If you go to an office and see a poster advertising that the office incorporates cool biz, it is either to excuse the staff for not wearing a jacket or prepare you for slightly sticky conditions.
Japanese Example
A:今月からクールビズだね!
B:そうだね…
A:どうしたの?クールビズ、嫌いなの?
B:スーツの方が簡単でいいよ。クールビズだと、服を選ぶのが面倒くさいんだよ。
English Translation
a: cool biz is starting this month, isn’t it?
b: yeah…
a: what’s wrong? don’t you like it?
b: it’s just easier to wear a suit. with cool biz you have to decide on what to wear, it’s so annoying…
